| 摘 要： | 效率与公平的关系问题是当前我国各种社会矛盾的集中体现。市场经济有效率功能，但在一定程度上忽视了公平。通过重新界定效率与公平的含义使其统一于“人的发展”的纬度上，并积极探求通过制度安排来实现社会的公平，最大限度地激发各种生产要素所有者的潜能、积极性、主动性和创造性。

| Abstract: | The relation between efficiency and equity is the concentrated problem in various social contradictions nowadays.Market economy has the function of efficiency,but neglects equity in a way.Efficiency and equity are unified on the degree of latitude of "the person's development" by re-definiting the meaning of them.We must construct system to carry out the equity of the society. |
