浅谈维吾尔名著《福乐智慧》中的法律思想

《福乐智慧》是中世纪维吾尔族著名诗人、思想家优素甫.哈斯.哈吉甫用回鹘语写成的古典名著。用回鹘文写成的这部名著19世纪以来即为研究中亚及我国新疆地区历史和文化的中外学者所注目,吸引了众多的研究者。作为维吾尔族古典文学的杰出代表作,它不仅集中概括地反映了当时的社会现实、深刻阐述了丰富的哲理、优美典雅的文学艺术和熔本民族传统与多种外来文化于一炉的开放格调,也反映了维吾尔族人民中世纪的法律思想和法律文化环境,因此,它具有多方面的研究价值,在我国和中亚地区中世纪的法律思想和法律文化史的研究上占有重要地位。

Discusses of the Legal Thought in the Uygur Famous Work "Wisdom to Happiness " Tursun Sawur

"Wisdom to Happiness" is the classical famous work by Yusup.Has.Hajip,a Uygur famous poet,a thinker who wrote with the Huihe language in the middle ages.Since 19th century,this famous work has been studied by the Chinese and foreign cultural and history scholars from central Asia and Xinjiang area of our country and has attracted the multitudinous researchers.As the Uygur classical literature outstanding representative works,it not only concentrated had reflected broadly realistic society at that time,and elaborated profoundly the rich philosophy and the exquisite elegant literary arts,and incorporated the national tradition with many kinds of external cultures in a open style.The work has reflected the legal thought and culture environment of the Uygur national minority people in middle ages.Therefore,it has the various research value,holds the important status in legal thought and the legal cultural history research of our country and the Central Asia region in middle ages.
