大学生微博问政的问题、原因及建议

微博已成为大学生政治参与的重要形式,大学生通过微博进行问政,行使公民的表达权和监督权。但由于大学生群体自身的特点和政府方面存在的一些原因,微博问政过程中存在参与程度不深、非理性倾向、缺乏政府回应等问题。为完善大学生微博问政,提高其功效,从大学生角度,需要提升理性思考水平,增加社会政治实践活动;从政府角度,需要健全微博问政的政府回应机制和民意征集制度,完善问政平台建设,建立政府官员与大学生间软性的对话关系。

The Problems, Causes and Suggestions of College Students Political Discussion by Microblog

Microblog has become an important form of college students＇ political participation, who through microblog make political discussion, exercise citizens＇ rights of expression and supervise. Because of the own characteristics of student group and some reasons in government, the political discussion by microblog has such problems as the level of participation is not deep, irrational tendencies, and lack of government response.In order to improve the college students political discussion by microblog and enhance their effectiveness, from the perspective of students, to upgrade the level of rational thinking, and increase social and political practice activities are needed; and form the perspective of government, it＇s important to improve the response mechanisms and public opinion collection system by mcroblog, perfect the construction of political discussion platform, and establish the soft dialogue between government officials and students.
