| 摘 要： | 从2000年开始，研究小组在中国和美国两地取样研究了129个“蛇头”，对偷渡组织的形成原因、组织结构、内部分工、组织约束力和上层影响力、兴衰周期等特征及偷渡组织与传统的犯罪组织的区别进行比较研究，这一研究有助于我们能够更客观、准确地认识偷渡组织的规律与特点，认识二十年来偷渡现象发展变化的背景和原因。

| Abstract: | The research group took a sample of 129 "snakeheads" both in China and America Since 2000 year,and then researched into the cause of organization's formation,its construction,inner labor-division,the power to bind all parts together,the authority of its higher rank etc. ,and made a comparison between smuggling organization and traditional criminal organization . Doing such work can help us to get a more objective and exact understanding of smuggling activities lasting two decades and variation. |
