| 摘 要： | 加强当代大学生素质教育是高校承担的一项重要任务，公安警察院校在素质教育方面尤其面临一些特殊困境。要走出困境，应该从以下三个方面寻找出路：第一，在调查问卷的基础上找准问题，有的放矢；第二，深入研究素质教育的内涵；第三，加强素质教育的系统化建设。
