| 摘 要： | 在政法干警招录培养体制改革工作中,各级、各类公安院校承担着培养重任。如何根据退伍士兵的自身特点,做好退伍士兵的培养管理工作,并对比与普通生源学生的不同点提出针对退伍士兵进行公安院校日常管理和培养的方式、方法,将是公安院校需要重点关注和解决的问题。

| Abstract: | In the system reform of recruiting and training policemen,all grades and all kinds of public security colleges undertake the important task of training.According to veterans＇ own characteristics,and contract to the daily management and training with ones for the ordinary students,it is the key matter for public security colleges to do well the management and training of the veterans. |
