我国城市社区公益性设施利用现状及对策探讨

20世纪90年代以来,我国城市社区建设已经取得了较好地发展,各地政府相继出台城市社区服务设施的配套标准规范,以适应社会发展,满足居民生活需求。但居民对公益性设施的利用只是流于形式,公益性设施的功能并未真正地实现。究其原因,既有资金不足的原因,也与社区居民的参与度不高有关。所以有必要依托一定的活动,加强居民的文化意识和社区参与度,鼓励企业回报社区以及大力发展志愿者队伍,使得公益性设施的功能得以很好地实现。

Current Situation and Suggestion on Utilization of Public Facilities In Our City Community

In our country,city community construction has gained a preferable development since 1990s,governments at all levels promulgate standards and norms of city community public facilities to adapt to the social development and meet the residents’ needs.But utilization of public facilities is only a formality,the function of public facilities was not achieved.Insufficient funds and low participations lead the situation.So it is necessary to enhance residents’ cultural awareness and community participation by certain activities,encourage enterprises to feedback to the community and develop the volunteer team in order to make the function of public facilities to be achieved.
