Study on the International Legislation of the Rights protection of the Disadvantaged Groups

The authors introduce the living situation, historical development of law, legislation and research situation of the disadvantaged groups, and analyze deeply the problems that the disadvantaged groups are facing and the developing trend of the law. The authors hope that through this article people can pay more attention to the rights protection of the disadvantaged groups and work hard to improve it. The conflict between the tradition of some nations and some religions and the modern thinks of human rights is one of the biggest difficulties to improve the situation if human rights of the disadvantaged groups. Finally, the authors point out three developing trends of the rights protection of the disadvantaged groups in the future.
