| 摘 要： | 与私法诚实信用原则内涵相同,公法诚实信用原则也包含善意、信用和利益平衡三方面内容。而基于公法的特殊性,公法诚实信用原则又必然有不同于私法之处。本文即从这方面入手,对公法诚实信用原则的内涵做简要分析。

| Abstract: | The meaning of the principle of good faith in public law can be summarized as good,faith and interest balance,as the same as the principle in private law.But,considering the particularity of pblic law,the principle of good faith in public law must be different from the principle in privat law.Therefore,we could analyze the meaning of the principle of the good faith in public law. |
