| 摘 要： | 通过对产业工会、行业工会、企业工会等组织形式内涵的比较分析,指出工会组织体制改革应坚持产业原则,实施行业原则是不合适的.在此基础上指出当前产业工会建设中存在的四个问题,并提出了省级、区县产业工会和工会干部职业化等三个方面的改革思考.
