| Abstract: | Total construction of a relatively rich society is not only a great program that everyone will dream, but also an established target that can be realized. Its reason might be explained with the points as follows: a strong support from political theory and leadership for constructing a relatively rich society has been formed, a solid support from mass foundation and human resources shaped, a big support from economic achievement and strategic designing configured. Besides, a more open and wide space for international development is also the key point. |
