坚持核心价值观是社会和谐的重要取向——基于和谐社会利益关系问题的文化学视角

建设社会主义和谐社会需要调适各种利益关系。调适利益关系的出发点和落脚点都是人,但是,人的利益需要总是无限的,现实社会的利益满足能力又总是有限的,这就需要公平合理地配置社会利益。社会利益配置得是否公平合理,通常情况下并不能以所有的人都能够同时获得利益满足为标准,只能以利益配置优先满足社会的发展需要为标准,也就是说,按照社会的发展需要配置社会利益,往往会暂时损害或牺牲某些阶层、某些群体和某些个人的利益。要想解决好由利益关系引发的社会矛盾,一方面,需要倾听广大人民群众的呼声,不断克服社会利益配置缺陷,提高社会利益配置的公平合理程度;另一方面,就是要建立核心价值体系,用核心价值观说服不同阶层、不同群体和不同个人,使他们增强对现行利益配置方法的理解和认同。核心价值观是合理配置社会利益的公平尺度,是实现不同阶层、不同群体和不同个人利益认同的文化平衡器。

it is necessary to adjust all kinds of benefit relations in order to construct socialist harmonious society.Social benefits should be distributed fairly.The distribution often damages the benefits of some social stratum,groups and individuals.To resolve the problem,on the one hand,the distribution defect of social benefits must be overcome continuously;on the other hand,the nuclear values must be established to convince the different stratums,groups and individual.
