| 摘 要： | 美国建国以来移民法及移民政策的制定以及每一次的修订，都深受其政治、经济因素的影响，总是以国家利益为原则，力求最大限度符合其国家利益的需要。纵观美国各时期的移民法和移民政策都体现出较强的实用主义特征。

| Abstract: | Since the foundation of America, the establishment and every amendment of immigration law and immigration policy are affected deeply by political and economic factors always taking the national interests as the principle and trying to correspond to national interests. Taking a wide view in different stages, the immigration laws and immigration policies in America embodied the characteristics of pragmatism. |
