| 摘 要： | 车辆超载是当前道路运输中的一大顽症,多年来公安交通管理部门投入了大量的人力、物力,运输管理部门也下功夫加以整治,但是收效甚微。超栽整治往往一阵风,整治行动过后严重反弹,并有愈演愈烈之势。新形势下道路交通各主管部门要认真反思以往的措施,理性的认识车辆超载问题并采取相应对策。要统一认识、转变观念,开辟治理超载新途径;要加强立法、明确职责,杜绝乱收费;要加强交通安全宣传教育,向科技要警力,进而从根本上治理车辆超载现象,以确保道路交通安全,为改革开放事业保驾护航。

| Abstract: | Overloading of vehicles is a persistent aliment in road transportation, which has cost lots of human and material resources. The responsible authorities have taken measures to control this situation, but the result is not very satisfactory. In the new situation, the responsible authorities should reconsider what they have done by giving a rational analysis to overloading problem and take effective counter-measures accordingly. |
