摘    要:构建和谐的劳动关系是转型时期中国建设和谐社会面临的重要课题。生产方式的进步是建立和谐劳动关系的决定因素;合理的分配制度是制约劳动关系的关键;健全的集体协商制度是实现和谐劳动关系的基本保障;实现和谐的劳动关系是建立和谐社会的重要内容。

Abstract:The establishment of harmonious industrial relations is an important project in the new period of transformation when China is building a harmonious society. The progress of the mode of production is the decisive factor in the formation of harmonious industrial relations; a reasonable distribution system is the key factor; a sound collective consultation system is the political insurance. The realization of harmonious industrial relations is an important content of the building of a harmonious society.
