| Abstract: | Economic law takes the social welfare as the target of production,pays attention to the harmonized development of the society.It not only coordinates the conflicts between the individual benefit,but also provides a good environment and basis for individuals to realize their own benefits.It remedies the limitations of civil law in regulating economic relationship and,further forms its own institutional characteristics.This is a good key to the reflection of economic law. |
