| 摘 要： | 当前反倾销中的“公共利益”和“反规避”问题已成为国际反倾销法领域的重要组成部分,文章主要结合欧美等国的反倾销法律以及WTO《反倾销协议》中的相关规定,指出了我国现行反倾销法中公共利益条款与反规避条款存在的不足之处,并提出了相应的完善建议。

| Abstract: | At present the content about public interest and anti-circumvention has been the important component of international anti-dumping laws.Through the detailed investigation on the anti-dumping laws of EU and USA and the Anti-dumping Agreement,the author points out shortcomings existing in the public interest and anti-circumvention provisions of Chinese Anti-dumping law and some relevant countermeasures. |
