法律信仰的困境及克服

法律信仰对一个致力于建设现代法治国家的重要性是毋庸置疑的。但是当今中国法律信仰却面临困境:社会成员面对实现法治之治的迫切愿望和诉求,与大量普遍发生的"有法不依"、"违法不究"等现象之间存在巨大的反差,并由此导致诸如焦虑、困惑、质疑等问题。

Difficulties and Overcomes of Faith of Law

It is no doubt that it is necessary for devoting the building of modern legislation to have firm faith of law.But today beliefs in China are facing legal difficulties: There exists big contrast between their urgent wishes and aspirations of the member of society facing the rule of law governing and the widespread occurrence of a large number of "failure to abide by" and "failure to punish",which lead to difficulties of anxiety,puzzle,suspicion that need urgent solution.
