| 摘 要： | 本文对《人体损伤程度鉴定标准》和《人体损伤致残程度分级》有关脊柱四肢评定方面的条款进行比较研究。从结构破坏、功能障碍、结构破坏合并功能障碍等方面分析两者的异同,为损伤程度和致残程度评定提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The article is comparative study about spine and extremities on clause for the identification of the body injured and The classification of the body impairment. We reviewed the terms and provisions about spine and extremities as follows, amputation impairment, function impairment, and amputation impairment combined function impairment. This paper provides a comprehensive access and analysisofthe similarities and differences between the two standards. |
