| Abstract: | The theory of good governance seen from the prospect of scientific view of development is a dialectical negation to and a sublimation of the conception of governance.The scientific review of development has given the concept of good governance a connotation of the times,therefore the approaches and methods to achieve such a purpose has also been given brand new contents. |
