| 摘 要： | Article 1 For the purpose of strengthening the administration of the entry and exit as well as foreign-related cooperative research and utilization of livestock and poultry genetic resources,protecting and reasonably utilizmg livestock andpoultry genetic resources,preventing livestock and poultry genetic resources from draining off,and promoting sustained and sound development of stockbreeding.the Measures are hereby formulated in accordance with the Stock-Breeding Law of the People's Republic of China.
