Study on Theoretical Framework of Assumptions about Human Nature form the Perspective of Behavioral Law and Economics

The theoretical framework of assumptions about human nature from the perspective of behavioral law and economics involve four patterns of behaviors which deviate from the traditional model of rational man： bounded rationality which refers to people＇s bounded cognitive ability, bound- ed willpower which refers to people＇s bounded self-control, bounded self-interest which means that people care about fairness and happiness of others, as well as contextual issues which mean that in-dividual preferences would be impacted by contexts. The theoretical framework is not only the basis of normative research, but also an important part of the discipline system.
