| 摘 要： | 我国监狱生产对促进罪犯改造、维护社会稳定、推动监狱事业的发展,发挥了重要的作用。但是随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善,重新构建监狱生产的理想模式、研究监狱生产发展的思路已势在必行,文章结合我国监狱生产体制在运行中存在的问题,对我国监狱生产体制重构的主要途径和方法进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Our country's prison production plays an important role in promoting criminals reform,maintaining social stability and propelling prison cause forward.With the establishment and perfection of our country's socialist market-oriented economy system,it is imperative to reconstruct prison production's ideal model and research on its development.Combining with the existing problems of our country's prison production system,this article discusses the main ways and methods of reconstructing our country's prison production system. |
