中国共产党执政合法性的路径选择

中国共产党在不同的历史时期，形成了不同的合法性基础。本文主要运用历史分析法对中国共产党在革命时期、社会主义建设时期以及改革开放后的合法性路径选择进行了政治学角度的分析，并对其利弊进行了阐释。同时指出，在新的形势下，面临新的问题，执政党还必须与时俱进地进行制度创新，来不断提升执政的合法性。

On the Choice Legitimacy Way of the Chinese Communist Party

Party of China has formed the legitimacy of different modes in different historical periods. This paper mainly uses historical method from the politics angle to analysis the choice legitimacy way of the CCP in the revolutionary time, the socialist construction time as well as the reform and open policy. This paper explains its advantages and disadvantages. This paper also points out that the CCP faces with new questions in the new situation. The ruling party also must keeps pace with the times to carry on the institutional innovation and continuously promotes the legitimacy of the ruling.
