摘    要:众多因素影响外语学习效果,动机(motivation)因素,直接影响到非英语专业学生英语学习效果,对影响非英语专业学生学习英语的主要动机进行分析,提出激发大学生们正确的学习动机和有效地提高学习效果的建议。

Abstract:Many factors influence language teaching and learning, among them, motivation factors directly affects English study of the college students whose major is not English. This paper analyzes the major types of motivation which affect college student in foreign language learning, analyzes the factors which have exerted influences on the initiation of motivation, and gives several suggestions on how to stimulate the correct motivations to improve English study.
