老年人日常生活照顾问题初论

人口老龄化会引发老人日常生活照顾问题,但家庭和社会并没有为解决这个问题做好准备。一方面,家庭的照顾能力弱化;另一方面,机构照顾和社区照顾不能令人满意。再者,政府也缺乏一项直接针对老人日常生活照顾问题的政策。凡此种种,使老人日常生活照顾成为一个迫切需要解决的社会问题。

Primary discussion on the issue of everyday life care for the old

The aged trend of population will bring forth the issue of everyday life care for the old, but many families and the society did not well prepare for solution to this problem on the contrary. On one hand, the capability of care for in family is becoming weakened, and on the other, care for by organization and community is not so satisfactory. Moreover, the government is short of a policy directly for the everyday life care for the old. All of these have pushed the everyday life care for the old to a focus point where the issue needs to be solved as a social problem.
