A Study on the Relevance Among the Organization, Institution, and Management of University

There is an intense relevance among the organization,institution and management of university,both in theory and practice.This paper,on the dual viewpoints of inner organization and inter organization,discusses the internal relevance among the organization,institution and management.Generally speaking,organization is the purposive gathering of people;institution is the rule to restrain people and organization,while management is the process of fulfilling the objective by division and coordination under the restraint of institution.Therefore,the relevance among the organization,institution and management of university has the same logic as above.
