The Four Dimensions of Measuring Development in the Core of Human Rights

Human rights are the fundamental purpose and a means of development.Development will lose its direction and soul without the nourishment of human rights.Development is a comprehensive process of expanding human rights,including four dimensions that political,economic,social and cultural,it must be conducted to measure quality of the development on the basis of human rights.That the four dimensions of development which are political,economic,social and cultural rights is a "four in one" complex interrelated system,is a brand new and important but has long been neglected standard model.
