| 摘 要： | 由于我国在立法上没有对社区矫正的对象予以明确规定 ,因此 ,社区矫正的研究对象还存在争议。从学理上看 ,社区矫正的研究对象可以分为刑罚惩罚条件下适宜社区矫正的对象、其他条件下适宜社区矫正的对象和行政处罚条件下适宜社区矫正的对象。对这一问题的研究 ,有助于社区矫正的科学定位

It will be helpful for the scientific definition of the community correction to study the problem. |
