摘    要:微表情分析技术是指通过对犯罪嫌疑人进行有效刺激时出现的面部微表情来分析其情绪状态及口供真伪的一项侦查技术,不属于技术侦查的范畴。微表情分析技术具有判断嫌疑程度、甄别口供真伪、摸透嫌犯心理和扩大侦查线索四大功能,但这些功能的发挥需要同时满足找准基线、有效刺激、顺利捕捉和适当推导四个条件。目前微表情分析技术在个别办案机关已经得到一定程度的应用,并且收到了不错的效果,但要注意理性应用:对于犯罪嫌疑人面部肌肉的运动变化要综合考量;进行微表情分析不能妄下结论;结合微表情、微动作与微语言来甄别口供真伪更为稳妥。

Rationally Treat the Application of Micro Expressions Analysis Technique in Interrogation

Abstract:Micro expression analysis technique is not one of the means of technical investigation but a kind of investigative technology. It analyzes suspects' emotional state and true or false of suspects' confessions by facial micro expressions when suspects are effectively stimulated. Micro expressions analysis techniques have four major functions. Namely, judging degree of suspicion, distinguishing true or false of confessions, making clear of suspects' psychological state, expanding investigation clues. But these functions come into force only when four requirements are satisfied simultaneously, that is, capturing baseline, stimulating effectively, catching successfully and deducing appropriately. So far, this technique has been applied by some public security organs to some extent and achieved good effect. But we should put it into use rationally. Firstly, we should examine suspects' facial muscles' movement comprehensively. Secondly, we should not reach improper conclusions when analyzing micro expressions. Thirdly, it is more reliable to combine micro expressions, micro motions and micro distinguish true or false of confessions. languages to
