我国劳动密集型产业很可能会以《劳动合同法》的出台为契机,提升管理水平、技术能力,调动劳动者的积极性,增大劳动者人力资源开发力度和人力资本的积累,形成一次具有战略意义的产业升级。《劳动合同法》不会对企业内迁、外迁造成很大影响。如果有些企业是因为《劳动合同法》的实施而内迁,将有助于促进区域经济的均衡发展,符合国家经济发展战略。
