摘    要:经过 2 0余年的改革、培育和发展 ,中国粮食市场体系建设已经取得重大绩效 ,发挥了重大作用 ,但是该体系市场机制发育滞后 ,管理体制政出多门 ,职责不清。新时期的改革总体思路是 ,发展多元化、多类型、多形式的统一、开放、竞争、有序的粮食市场体系 ,达到强农、利民、兴企、益国的目标

Abstract:After more than 20 years of reform, cultivation and development, the construction of China's food market system has attained great achievements and the system has begun to play a great role. However, the development of its market mechanism is till slow and problems like multiple leadership and ambiguous responsibilities still exist in its management system. The overall principle for the reform in the new period is to develop a unitary, open, competitive and orderly food market system characterized by diversification, multiple types and multiple forms in order to invigorate agriculture, benefit the people, rejuvenate enterprises and do good to the country.
