新型城镇化要求下的小城镇建设治理

中国特色的城镇化,是城与镇的共同发展,小城镇的建设在此过程中发挥了至关重要的作用。但是,这种模式在理论与实践上都还存在一些不可避免的问题。将小城镇的治理纳入到国家治理的范畴,通过国家权力与社会集团、社会资本间的互动,缓解和解决城镇化进程中的诸多问题,从而最终实现城乡一体化是我国新型城镇化道路的必然之选。

Construction and Governance of Small Towns under the Request of New Urbanization

China＇s urbanization means the both development of cities and towns.The construction of little towns has to play an important role in this process.However,there are some inevitable problems of this modelin theory and practice.In order to live the dream of new urbanization,it should be a must to involve the governance of little towns into the framework of State Governance.We have to relieve and solve kinds of problems in urbanization by the interactions between social capital,social groups and state power.
