| 摘 要： | 科学地解读“情报”与“信息”的内涵,正确地认识“公安信息”、“公安情报”的含义,对建立由公安情报主导的现代警务模式,推动公安情报分析研究工作和促进公安情报学科建设,都是十分必要的。从某种意义上说,建设和完善公安信息化的过程就是建立情报主导警务模式的过程。
