| Abstract: | Nowadays,under the impact of globalization,informationization and the marketization,enterprises try to keep their own unique advantages in the fierce competition,they need to adjust their management paradigm.Non-human,mechanical,inefficient authoritarian management style will be replaced,and the democratic,cooperative and self-management of the organization is gradually occupy the mainstream of business management. |
