浅论新时期高校教师职业道德教育

高校教师面对思想活跃、模仿性强、可塑性大的青年学生,教师的思想品德、工作作风、言行举止、处世方法无不感染和熏陶着学生。而经济全球化与社会主义市场经济的不断深入,也对高校教师的职业道德提出了更高、更新的要求。因此,要加强高校教师的职业道德教育,必须加大政府宏观调控力度,对高校教师加强奉献精神教育,建立师德考评制度,树立师德光辉典范,与时俱进地开展师德教育。

Education on Professional Moral of University Teachers

As today's students are active in thinking,good at imitating,easy to be figured,teachers' moral and ethics,working style,words and actions,behavior in sociality would surely have great influence on the students.The further deepening globalization and socialist market economy reform require better profes sional moral of the teachers,in this case,we should strengthen the education on teachers professional moral by taking series of measures including establishing moral evaluating system and setting up good samples for teachers,etc.
