民主革命时期中国共产党党费收缴情况的历史考察

在民主革命时期,由于组织生存环境险恶,党的职业革命家没有收入来源以及组织大发展带来的整体素质下降等原因,党员多不能按时缴纳党费。为走出党费收缴的困境,中国共产党进行了不懈探索,并逐步走出了形式主义的误区。总结党费收缴的经验教训,组织建设必须兼顾地区与个体的差异;透过党费收缴中的矛盾冲突可以看出,组织在改造个体的同时,个体也在塑造着组织。
