| Abstract: | Subtract: At present,the law-enforcement environment that the police departments are facing has had a deep and complex change.It asks for the police to adjust to the new requirements and challenges,promote the standardization of law enforcement,learn to enforce the law with rational,gentle,civilized and standard manners and try to realize errorless performance so as to establish harmonious police-people relations. |
