| 摘 要： | 马来西亚和新加坡同为多种族、多文化的移民国家。在历史上，两国都有着不断接纳外来民族迁入的经历。15～19世纪，华人族群分别在这两个国家扎根并繁衍。目前，马来西亚华人约占马来西亚总人口的26％，而新加坡华人约占该国总人口的76．8％。由于华族在两国都为主要民族之一，华族文化的载体——华语的传承与发展一直成为两国华人社会不懈努力和奋斗的目标。对于华语教育的发展问题，两国根据各自不同的国情需要，
