| 摘 要： | 美国罪犯劳动生产体制从独立后到现在历经变革,变革的轨迹围绕着是否市场化以及如何市场化展开。本文就美国罪犯劳动生产体制变革阶段、罪犯劳动实践面临的问题以及引发罪犯劳动生产体制变革的思想理念冲突进行了阐述分析。
