An analysis on Factors of Holding up the Thought of Human Physical Training to Enter Physical Teaching in Colleges and Universities

With the influence of some factors such as traditional teaching concepts and the caliber of teachers' team, there exits great problems for the thought of human physical training to enter and penetrate into physical teaching, therefore, the traditional teaching focused on physique and techniques must be combined with modern educational physiology of human ideology to realize the ultimate aim of physical teaching, i.e. to form the thought that the health is in the first place and to form the habit of lifelong physical training.
