| 摘 要： | 街头诈骗案件社会危害性较大，直接侵害人民群众的切身利益。由于案件的特殊性，侦破难度较大。现有的公安刑侦资料，又鲜有关于打击街头诈骗这一类案件的研究文献。笔者结合自身工作经验，用实证的研究方式，对街头诈骗案件的表现形式、危害性、特点、侦破对策、防范措施等问题进行一番较为系统的探讨。
