论现场心理痕迹分析

当前,无论是侦查理论界还是侦查实务界对现场心理痕迹分析都有一定的研究,并取得了相应的成果。但相比国外的犯罪现场分析法、侦查心理学和行为证据分析法的研究,国内的研究仍处于＂潜科学阶段＂,未形成系统的观点和理论且实践性研究较为薄弱,与理性研究还有一定差距。为了更好地为侦查破案服务,现场心理痕迹分析研究应条理化、系统化和模式化。在切实加强基础理论研究的同时,借鉴英美国家的研究方法,对已破案件的犯罪嫌疑人进行访谈,通过案例积累,为基础理论研究提供丰富的素材,建立符合我国国情的犯罪行为人心理分析指标体系,并将培养专业的心理痕迹分析人员作为公安队伍建设的一项长期计划。

Analysis on Psychological Trace in Scene

Currently the research on psychological trace analysis in criminal scenes,has achieved relevant accomplishments in investigation theoretical field and practical field.But compared with the analytical research abroad,the research at home is still in the ＂Potential-scientific Stage＂,and very far away from the rational approach.To serve the criminal investigation better,we should carry on the research logically,systematically and procedurally.First,strengthen the research of foundational theories.Secondly,draw lessons from the approaches of British and American nations,interview the suspects in the solved cases,accumulate cases to provide abundant materials for the theoretical research,and establish the criminals＇ psychological analysis index suitable for our national condition.Finally,take the training of professional mental analysis personnel as a long-time project in the construction of public security troops.
