农民工的合法权益和现实保护二者在现实中存在差距.调查发现,农民工权益在当前的政治、经济、社会文化条件下还没有得到全面的认可,侵犯农民工权益的现象普遍存在.保障农民工权益要在全社会形成价值认同,即政府、社会、资方与农民工之间在农民工权益问题上达到一种价值共识,形成广泛认同的价值理解机制.农民工也要走自我发展(self-development)之路,成为现代社会的有机体.

Study on the Current State, Causes and Countermeasures of Peasant- Workers''''Rights--Examples of the Zhujiang Delta

The rights of peasant-workers haven't been totally recognized under the current political,economical and social conditions,and infringement of their rights is still a common phenomenon.To protect the interests of the peasant-workers,there is a need to form an all-society recognition of values,in which the government and the society,the management and peasant-workers reach a value agreement and form a vastly agreed mechanism of understanding.Meanwhile,peasant-workers themselves should also follow the route of self-development and merge themselves into the society as an important part of the modern society.
