| 摘 要： | "生命线"论断是我党建军的重要思想,有其丰富的科学内涵和理论依据为支撑。新形势下有效开展政治工作,应着眼于军队政治生命的强大活力,铸牢"军魂"、践行宗旨;着眼于军队组织生命的强大活力,促进官兵素质、整体优化聚合;着眼于军队职能生命的强大活力,大力加强战斗精神培育。
