| Abstract: | Under the system of socialist market economy, the rationalization of government behaviors in administering and intervening economy must comply with the following principles, namely, the principles of market's fundamental function, the limit of intervention capacity as well as the principle of legalization and stylization. Meanwhile, the decision, implementation and regulation mechanism in rationalizing government behaviors must be innovated and government behaviors should be scientifically evaluated. |
