| 摘 要： | 社区矫正是顺应现代行刑制度的发展趋势而实施的,它反映了社会文明的进步与发展。社区矫正以人为本的价值取向与我国建构社会主义和谐社会一致,对于构建“小政府、大社会”的国家与社会关系模式,维护社会稳定有着非常重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Community correction is carried into execution on the development of the modern punishment system,which reflects advancement and development of the social culture.Its orientation of value based-on human beings is the same with that of the construction of harmonious society of our country.It is very important for the construction of the connection mode of "small government,big society" and maintenance of stabilization of society. |
