Through thematic investigation and research,this paper analyzes current new situations and new challenges for strengthening the building of rural primary level Party organizations and political authorities.On the basis of focused summarization of the practice and experience of Party organization and political authority building at the primary level in rural Shandong province,the paper briefly analyzes the prominent current problems in rural Party organization and political authority building at the primary level.The paper finally proposes important pertinent countermeasures to further strengthening the building of Party organizations and political authorities at the primary level in villages.
