| 摘 要： | 实行公安文职人员制度,是公安机关为缓解当前警力不足而采取的一项新举措。去年,福建省部分公安机关率先大胆实行了这一制度,取得了初步成效。如何充分发挥公安文职人员的作用,进一步稳步推行和完善公安文职人员制度,是公安机关面临的新课题和新任务。

| Abstract: | To implement the system of public security civil servants is a new measure for the public security organs to release the urgency of present insufficiency in police forces.Last year,some public security organs in Fujian Province audaciously took the lead in implementing that system and obtained an initial achievement.How to fully exert the role of public security civil servants and further steadily push forward and improve that system is a new subject and task for public security organs. |
