| 摘 要： | 宪法法院是意大利专门的司宪保障机构 ,由国家元首、议会和司法机关任命的十五名法官组成 ,履行使宪法赋予的违宪审查权。本文主要介绍了意大利宪法概况、违宪审查的法定机构及其组成、违宪审查的工作机理、违宪审查制度的特点及其对完善我国违宪审查制度的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | As a specialized constitution-enforcement guarantee organization, constitution court, comprised of 15 judges appointed by the head of state, parliament and judicature, fulfills its constitution-entrusted duty to review any violation of the constitution. The paper focus on the survey of Italian constitution, title and composition of statutory organization to review any violation of the constitution, its mechanism, characteristics and referable content to perfect the system of review about violation of the constitution in China. |
